June Newsletter

Hello friends! Happy summer! Time is flying, I've been doing this full time for over 6 months now and I haven't remotely caught up on all the projects and ideas I have! (Or the baking, or the house cleaning...)

In May I did a bunch of street festivals, and enjoyed the spring weather. I got news that I might have to move 😱.. and then, perhaps not 🤷‍♀️ Due to that uncertainty, for a few weeks I mostly focused on personal projects. I think some really lovely new work will come out of them eventually.

Things Completed

🎥 I made a process video! It's very cool
🌸 I completed a beautiful, and flawed, SeaDragon pendant
⛓ I worked on a lot of silver chainmail (post babbling about it coming soon)

Things In Progress

🦑 I'm still working on Ammonites. I have an idea! I have tentacles! I need.. to focus...
🌟 I bought a tiny welder! His name is Sparky 💖
🐲 Waxes are prepped for more SeaDragon pendants, just awaiting a casting day

🍒 June 7th: Cherry Festival in San Leandro! This is one of my favorite shows and I am so excited! It always has great weather and a great vibe, there are blocks and blocks of crafts, food trucks, stages, and cherry-flavored treats and pies! 🤤 Downtown San Leandro is just a few blocks from the San Leandro Bart station, and even if you are driving in you can still use the Bart station for parking, because its free on Saturdays!
